Some applications of plastic molding

1.Molding

Generally used for the forming of thermosetting plastics, also suitable for the forming of thermoplastic plastics

2.Injection molding

Used for the molding of thermoplastics such as polyethylene, ABS, SAS, polyamide, polypropylene, polystyrene, rigid polyvinyl chloride, polycarbonate, polyformaldehyde, and chlorinated polyether. Parts with complex shapes can be produced.

3.Extrusion

Used for processing rigid polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polystyrene, ABS, AS, polyamide, polyformaldehyde, polycarbonate, etc. into continuous tubes, rods, sheets or special cross-section products

4.Casting

It is used for the molding of thermosetting plastics such as phenolic resin and epoxy resin, and is also suitable for the molding of thermoplastic plastics such as MC nylon and polyamide. Able to produce large and complex parts

5.Blow molding

Used for the molding of thermoplastics such as polyethylene, soft polyethylene, polypropylene, and polystyrene. Can produce bottles, thin-walled hollow products and other hollow products of specific shapes

6.vacuum forming

Used for the molding of thermoplastics such as polycarbonate, polysulfone, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, and ABS. Can make thin cups, plates, covers, lids, shells, boxes and other open products
